Root Home approached me at a critical growth stage. As a forward-thinking real estate investment company, they were building strong foundations operationally — but their brand identity didn’t reflect the level of professionalism, trust and strategic thinking behind the business.

They had engaged a web and marketing agency to redesign their website, yet there were no brand identity guidelines in place. Without a clear visual and strategic foundation, the business risked blending into a crowded property investment market where trust and perception drive investor decisions.

The new logo combines a modern geometric mark with an abstract “R” inspired by architectural structure and floor plans — symbolising contained space, security and long-term foundations. The typography balances boldness with approachability, communicating strength, stability and sophistication.
