Source Human Capital Brand Identity

Brand Strategy and Brand Identity work carried out for an independent expert in recruitment – Guy Source.

The company naming was easy enough – as Guy’s surname basically said it all – expressing his core activity of sourcing staff recruitment!

I worked with Guy to define his brand positioning. After some searching questions and research, I distilled it down into 3 values. These are the 3 pillars that define and underpin all company activities and define the foundation or core essence of Source Human Capital:

1. Understanding Our dominant brand essence. Understanding means that Source Human Capital has the industry experience and smarts to know the exact customer needs and that we always research and update our knowledge. Because we have a deep and clear understanding it is easier to build relationships with customers – because we have a shared interest in achieving common goals and acting in their best interest.

2. Integrity Integrity is a foundation characteristic that we will have in all our relations. Source Human Capital is proud of our clients and candidates talk about our integrity, because it is a quality that is valued only by those we value. Integrity is not something we shout about – but it is firmly ingrained in our company and in our candidates.

3. Passion Passion is our third core brand essence. In Source Human Capital this is always allied to understanding and integrity. You can see it in the pride and belief we bring to our work.
