Brand Identity Case Study – Real Estate Investment

Root Home is a forward-thinking real estate investment company dedicated to empowering individuals and families to build lasting wealth through smart property investments.

I was approached by co-founders of Root Home, who sought to rebrand their real estate investment company. They had hired a web and marketing agency to redo their website, and, as in so many cases, there were no brand identity guidelines from which to work.

Web-based marketing and sales are all about first impressions. To set the right impression,  an attractive business brand image is needed that is consistent across all channels. Having a clear and consistent brand identity helps build customer trust and recognition and differentiates the business from competitors.

The Root Home brand is now differentiated from real estate investment competitors and now looks highly professional and trustworthy. Trust is the basis of sales. (Bear in mind, I did not design their website or marketing)

The logo combines a modern, geometric icon with an abstract R representative of architectural walls or a floor plan, a contained inner space. The typeface is hand-drawn and balanced, bold yet approachable, designed to communicate trustworthiness and sophistication.

The result is a visually striking, future-proof identity that positions Root Home as a real estate investment sector leader.
