Brand Identity Case Study – Cyber Security
CyberEcho is a leading cyber security solutions provider, dedicated to empowering businesses to thrive in a secure, resilient, and dynamic digital environment.
The leadership team at CyberEcho approached me with a mission: to create a cohesive new cyber security brand identity that reflects their expertise in guiding organizations through complex security challenges. Their vision was clear—to position CyberEcho as the trusted partner for businesses navigating the evolving digital landscape.
The key problem was that they provided an amazing service, but the audience touchpoints did not reflect or articulate this.
The existing website and profile had minimal content that only stated WHAT they do – a list of technologies, rather than how and why they transform their clients’ lives – the process, the experience, and the results. Help was needed to craft and narrate a unique story, emotionally connect with a defined audience and give CyberEcho a competitive edge.
Another key aim was to humanise CyberEcho, to create a new brand and content that was sophisticated and knowledgeable around cyber security, but communicated in a more open conversational way.
Stage 01 BRAND STRATEGY
The starting point was deep questionnaires and market research so I could define their brand purpose, vision, mission, values, and target market competitors. This key strategic work was presented as a brochure.
Stage 02 BRAND IDENTITY
One that differentiated CyberEcho from the defined cyber security competitors, had a high impact, looked young and fresh, but was professional – one that expressed the brand values and appealed to the target market. This was wrapped up in a Brand Guidelines document.
Stage 03 BRAND EXPRESSION
Values-driven narrative – copywriting to express the company story and define clearly why they do what they do, who they are for, and how they do it. Also, the brand identity will be implemented across the brochure design.
Stage 04 WEBSITE
The content and identity were recrafted to create a completely new optimised website design with clear CTAs
